No — unless a title and pack shot clearly say otherwise. Our themed sets are sold as tiles (and any packaging named in the title). Acrylic racks with pushers, table mats, card holders, dice, and travel bags are listed separately so we never invent “complete” bundles. Shop Table essentials · racks, mat, and the mat & racks guide. Decision help: how to choose · wipe: FAQ · tile care.

Most players add four acrylic racks with pushers, a non-slip mat, NMJL card holders or sleeves, dice, and a dealer/wind marker kit. Soft travel cases, aluminum hard cases, and a tile cleaning cloth are optional. Shop Table essentials — no fake rack+mat claims on tile PDPs. Official NMJL card is sold by the League, not us (NMJL guide) — we are not affiliated with the NMJL. Checklist: beginner starter · how to choose · mat & racks. Wipe care: FAQ · tile care. Gifts: prefer gift chooser hashes — bare /gift drops the hash on redirect.

Yes. Our acrylic rack and pusher sets are designed for standard American Mahjong tiles and sold as a set of four. They are hinged acrylic — we do not invent magnetic claims. Shop essentials · racks or read the mat & racks guide. Wipe care: FAQ · tile care. Magnetic wood stays OEM inquire — never InStock without pack shots (wood racks topic · spares FAQ).

Not listed — OEM inquire or wait for pack shots. We will not invent those SKUs or mark them InStock. Closest buyable path: hinged acrylic racks and a full American ~166-tile set — see Gaps we will not invent, the mat & racks guide, spare topic, magnetic wood topic, or OEM inquire. We never mark magnetic wood InStock without pack shots.

Listings name the real material. Soft padded cases and acrylic organizers are available. Hard carry we stock is aluminum-frame or rolling aluminum — never ABS foam under another name. ABS hard-shell + foam-insert cases stay unlisted until pack shots — see essentials · carry, gaps, the travel guide, Travel boards, or OEM inquire.

Choose by how you carry the set. Soft padded nylon/canvas bags and pouches are lighter for short trips and ladies’ game night totes. Aluminum-frame or rolling aluminum cases add crush resistance for flights and car trunks — listings say aluminum when that is the real material. We do not sell ABS foam shells under another name. Tiles and cases are separate SKUs — see essentials · carry, the travel sets guide, Travel boards, and how to choose · travel vs home. Ship weight: PDPs list measured grams when known — we do not invent grams (Christmas weight FAQ · weight topic).

Yes. We list a plastic English-letter dealer/direction marker kit (with dice and scoring chips) and a mahjong-parlor microfiber cleaning cloth — each sold separately under essentials · wind and care. Wipe guidance: FAQ · tile care. We do not invent spare replacement tiles or magnetic wood racks.

We do not sell the official National Mah Jongg League card. The League publishes a new card of hands each year — buy the current card from the League or your club (we do not invent or reprint a year-specific card). Ersashopline is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the NMJL. We sell card holders, sleeves, and line finders so your official card stays readable — cards pictured for fit are not included. Full walkthrough: NMJL cards guide. Format help: how to choose · 166 vs 144. New host? Beginner starter.

Dust or wipe acrylic tiles with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth (our parlor microfiber cloth is sold separately under Accessories · care). Avoid abrasives, solvents, and harsh cleaners — we do not invent antibacterial, medical, or lifetime-warranty claims. Cloths, trays, and coasters are table care, not spare replacement tiles (spares FAQ). Finish the table à la carte in the mat & racks · complete table section. Unused returns: returns flow.
