Refund policy

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Shopper FAQ: return policy. Prefer the step-by-step flow on Shipping & returns. Start a return by email — do not ship until we reply.

PayPal in USD when checkout is enabled. We never store card numbers on this site. Until checkout is enabled, use Email to order — we do not invent live PayPal refunds for unpaid bags. Rates: Free std from $150.

Include your PayPal transaction id (when checkout is enabled) (or order email). Email w1214237256@gmail.com or use the contact page (Return / refund topic). We reply with instructions and the return address. Packages sent back before a return is accepted are not accepted.

Damage and the wrong item

Inspect the order when it arrives. Contact us right away with photos if something is defective, damaged, or incorrect — include your PayPal transaction id when checkout is enabled so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized items, and anything that cannot be resold in new condition, are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. We do not invent monogram bridal SKUs; themed tiles remain tiles-only unless a title says otherwise.

Exchanges

Return the item you have. After the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union

If the order ships into the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days for any reason. The item still needs to come back unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We email you once the return is inspected. Approved refunds go back to the original PayPal payment within 10 business days when PayPal checkout was used. Banks and PayPal can take additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since approval, email w1214237256@gmail.com.
