Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Ersashopline. These terms apply to shipping. For the shopper-facing summary, rate cards, order journey, and four-step returns flow, use the Shipping & returns hub (this page stays the short legal wording).

PayPal when checkout is enabled. PayPal in USD when checkout is enabled. We never store card numbers on this site. Until checkout is enabled, use Email to order — your browser bag is not charged.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). When the package ships, we email the tracking number.

2. Rates and delivery estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout in USD.

Standard: $18.00, or free on orders of $150.00 or more (Free std from $150). Estimated delivery 7–15 business days after the carrier scan.
Express: $39.00. Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after the carrier scan.

Holiday volume and customs clearance can add time. Estimates start after the carrier receives the package.

3. International & customs

Checkout rates are written for US retail addresses. Duties, taxes, or brokerage fees (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility. Ask w1214237256@gmail.com or use the contact page (Shipping / international topic) before ordering if you need a quote for a destination outside our usual US retail lanes — details also on /shipping#international.

4. Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Start a return by email — do not ship until we reply. See the returns flow or the full refund policy. Damaged deliveries: email photos plus your PayPal transaction id (when checkout is enabled).
