Ersashopline (“we”) operates this American Mah Jongg retail website. This policy explains what we collect when you browse, contact us, or check out. We are a small online retailer contacted at w1214237256@gmail.com. We do not publish a separate legal-entity EIN on this site.

What we collect

Contact details you send us (name, email, message topic) via mailto or forms that open email.
Checkout details PayPal shares after a successful payment: payer name, email, shipping address, items purchased, and PayPal transaction id.
Basic technical data in host and CDN logs (for example IP address, user agent, and pages requested).

Payments — no card storage

Checkout is designed for PayPal when checkout is enabled when enabled. We do not collect, process, or store credit or debit card numbers on Ersashopline servers. Card data, if any, is handled by PayPal under PayPal’s own privacy policy. Until checkout is enabled, the panel shows an honest “paypal checkout is not available yet” notice — there is still no card form on this site, and we do not invent live PayPal buttons or paymentAccepted schema. We never store card numbers on this site. Use Email to order while checkout is off — your browser bag is not charged.

Cart, cookies & local storage

Your shopping cart and recently viewed product list are stored in your browser (localStorage) until you clear them. That data stays on your device and is not a server-side account — we do not sync it to our servers. We do not run a third-party marketing pixel or email list database on this preview. Our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare) may set technical cookies or headers needed to deliver the site securely. You can clear site data in your browser settings to remove the cart and recently viewed list.

How we use information

We use order and contact information to take payment (via PayPal), ship items, send tracking when available, handle returns, and answer questions. We do not sell personal information.

Who else receives it

PayPal — to process payment.
Carriers — shipping name and address when we dispatch a package.
Hosting / CDN / log providers — as needed to run and secure the website.

Retention

We keep order-related records long enough to ship, support the purchase, and meet ordinary tax and accounting needs. PayPal keeps its own payment records under its policy.
