Terms of service

These terms cover browsing and purchases from Ersashopline at https://ersashopline.com (and the current Workers preview host). By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the privacy, shipping, and refund policies. The shop brand is Ersashopline; contact w1214237256@gmail.com. We do not list a corporate EIN on this site.

Products and honesty

We sell American Mahjong tile sets and accessories. Titles describe what is in the listing. Racks, mats, and bags are sold separately unless a title and pack shot clearly include them. We do not invent bundle contents.

Orders, pricing & PayPal

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). When checkout is enabled, amounts are confirmed on our server when the PayPal order is created; payment is complete only after PayPal captures it. We never store card numbers on this site. If checkout is not yet enabled, the payment panel shows that honestly (paypal checkout is not available yet) — there is no card form on this site, and we do not claim live PayPal checkout. Use Email to order instead; your browser bag is not charged. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfill and refund via PayPal when a payment was captured. Risk of loss for shipped goods passes when we hand the package to the carrier.

Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. International customs or import fees, if any, are the recipient’s responsibility. Rates: Standard free from $150.00 — see Free std from $150. Returns and damaged-shipment steps are described on Shipping & returns and Refunds. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Start a return by email — do not ship until we reply. Custom or personalized items, and anything that cannot be resold in new condition, are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Use of the site

You may browse and purchase for lawful personal use. You may not misuse checkout, attempt to manipulate prices, scrape the catalog for redistribution, or interfere with the service. Product photos and copy are owned by Ersashopline or its suppliers — do not reuse them for another storefront without permission.

Disclaimer & liability

Sets are sold for tabletop play and gifting. Product descriptions aim to be accurate; acrylic colors can vary slightly by screen. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places the limit applies only as far as the law permits.

Governing law

These terms are intended for US retail ecommerce customers. Disputes will be handled under applicable United States law to the extent it applies to your purchase, without inventing a specific state of incorporation that we have not published.
